The Killers announce first live shows of 2009

The Killers have announced their first live shows of 2009 in support of their forthcoming album 'Day And Age'.

The band will kick off their tour in Denver on January 17 and play shows across the US including one at New York's Madison Square Garden on January 25 and at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry House on January 31. They'll wrap up the tour in Grand Prairie, Texas on February 4.

The Las Vegas quartet's third studio album 'Day And Age' is due out in the US on November 25.
